  • Minimum down payment of 2.25%
  • Gifts/Grants may be available from Tribe
  • Seller can pay all closing costs (up to 6% of sales price)
  • No asset reserve requirement in most cases
  • Does NOT have to be Indian Land- can purchase anywhere!
  • No income limits
  • Must have Native American Tribal Membership card from a federally recognized Tribe
